BeatFull Festival is organized by the cultural association DB, founded in Palermo in 2013 with the aim of spreading national and international musical cultures across Sicily.

Created to promote and disseminate alternative music, urban culture, and visual arts, the festival works closely with established local entities, independent record labels, and production and recording studios, that find an ideal showcase for their creative projects within the festival.

What started as a local project has grown into a solid reality, gathering thousands of people each year with its live sets at Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa, set against the backdrop of the splendid Arab-Norman castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Now in its 13th edition, since its debut BeatFull Festival has aimed to enrich the city’s cultural offerings, hosting nationally and internationally renowned artists while also serving as a launch platform for emerging and local talents. Past performers include Manu Chao, Dimartino, Salmo, Ghali, Alborosie, Sud Sound System, Noyz Narcos, The Zen Circus, Fast Animals and Slow Kids, Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti, Margherita Vicario, and Big Mama.

Today, BeatFull serves as an “intergenerational cultural space”, involving diverse artists united by visions and ideas that transcend mere musical expression.
